Navigating Stressful Times
Grow Your Inner Resources and Resilience
Being human can be rough. Changes, loss, hurt, uncertainty, too many demands, old wounds, and more can sweep us off our feet. Ongoing stress in the nervous system (ours or our child’s) can drive behaviors and emotions ranging from flipping out to shutting down and everything between. These are our body and brain’s efforts to adapt! If not tended to, these adaptations can become our default patterns, or, “ruts” where we can get stuck. These ruts are also opportunities for personal growth leading to a new lease on life.
Wherever you are in your journey, I will meet you where you are and listen for what you need to find relief, healing, and a path forward. I have experience supporting clients with a wide array of challenges and loss (from loss of confidence or faith, to loss of a relationship or loved one, to a loss of job, health, home, or a loss of a sense of meaning or hope). For over two decades, I have taught mindfulness and stress reduction to cultivate inner resources, resilience and happiness.
